Cost: The cost of Independent Living and Assisted Living at The Carillon at Belleview Station is $4,500-$7,200 per month, plus an additional fee for care in Assisted Living. Meals and Dining Options: Independent Living residents are given a $300 meal credit in the restaurant, to use as desired.  Assisted Living and Memory Care include three meals per day. Restaurant dining features healthy choices, seasonal menus, and locally sourced ingredients. There’s also a display kitchen at The Carillon, which offers an interactive dining experience. The Bistro inside The Carillon serves coffee and snacks throughout the day. A private dining room is available for special events and celebrations.

Amenities: At The Carillon at Belleview Station, there’s a full calendar of engaging and fun activities, programs, and events, including a PrimeFit fitness program with many group class and individual training in the on-site gym. The wellness suite offers physical and occupational therapy, as well as massage. The salon and spa include all services and a therapy tub. In addition, there’s a theatre, game and activities lounge and a reading room. For socializing, there’s a sixth-floor sky lounge, with an outdoor terrace. There’s even a valet to park your car.

Regularly Scheduled Activities: At The Carillon, there’s Brain HQ brain training and Rosetta Stone (registered symbol) language learning. There are many intellectual programs and lectures. Happy hours in the Bistro include entertainment.  There’s also a full-service travel agency on the premises.

Individual Transportation: Individual transportation can be scheduled.

Group Transportation: There’s scheduled group transportation available for shopping and outings.

On-Site Services: There’s a full-service beauty salon at The Carillon. Physicians, a podiatrist, and a dentist come in on a regular basis. There’s on-site site physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy, all available as in-patient or out-patient services.

Pet Policies: Yes, cats and small dogs are allowed at The Carillon at Belleview Station in Independent Living and Assisted Living, based on management approval. There is an additional pet fee of $50 per month.
