Marnie Biln is one of the most dedicated and experienced senior advisors in the Denver metro area. She is a tireless advocate for seniors and their families and goes the extra mile 24/7, 365 days of the year.
Experienced Senior Advisor
Since 2007, Marnie has been helping seniors find the best communities and facilities that meet their needs and match their preferences. She has helped more than 1,000 seniors and families in the Denver metro area. Prior to becoming a senior advisor, Marnie worked at an assisted living facility in the Denver area for three years.
As a senior advisor, Marnie’s can add support and take stress off of families, all the while making sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible.
Marnie is on the board of the Greater Denver Placement and Referral Alliance (GDPRA) and is the chair of the Governance Affairs committee. She also serves on the board of directors for Lutheran’s Collier Hospice in Wheat Ridge and North Rock Church in Thornton.
Free Placement Services
Marnie’s senior placement services are always free to families. If you move into a community or facility, Marnie will receive a “placement fee” from the community. This arrangement is much like a real estate agreement, in which a real estate broker who works with potential buyers receives a commission from the seller. Marnie has placement agreements with hundreds of senior communities and facilities throughout the Denver metro area.
The Best Fit For You
Even if Marnie doesn’t have a placement agreement with a community or facility that you are interested in, or one that she feels will be the best fit for you, she’ll nevertheless help you through the placement process. Finding the best fit – for seniors and their families – is Marnie’s mission and devotion.
Working With Marnie
Using Marnie as your senior advisor is easy. Just call (303) 222-5281, or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to set up your free consultation. During the consultation, Marnie will find out what you’re looking for, what you can afford, and which part of the Denver metro area you’d like to live in.
From there, she’ll schedule an assessment, during which she’ll meet with you (and your family, if you wish) in person for an hour or so. Once she has a clear picture of what you want and need, Marnie will compile a list of options and check with those communities and facilities about pricing and availability.
Based on her research, she’ll narrow down the list, and together, you will choose the three communities or facilities that you’d like to tour. Marnie will contact the communities to set up the tours, and she’ll accompany you on each one of them.
During the tours, she’ll be asking questions and making sure that all of your questions get answered. The goal, with each tour, is to determine whether the community or facility is the best fit for what you want and need – now and potentially in the future.
Making The Transition To Your New Home
Once you’ve chosen a community or facility, Marnie will help with the transition steps, including scheduling your assessment with the community, helping get physician orders, finding resources to ensure that your move is as smooth as possible, and just about anything else that’s needed.
After you’ve moved in, Marnie will follow up and visit you, to ensure that everything’s going well.
