Staff members at Sunrise can perform 2-person lifts and use mechanical lifts, which can allow residents to stay in Assisted Living longer at Sunrise of Westminster.

Pet Policies: Yes, residents can have dogs, cats, or fish, if the resident can manage the pet. There’re also two resident cats at Sunrise.

Smoking: Yes, smoking is permitted at Sunrise of Westminster.

Smoking Policies: Smoking is allowed only in outdoor, designated areas.

Lease Terms: The lease terms in Assisted Living and Memory Care at Sunrise of Westminster are month-to-month. The facility or the resident can terminate the lease at any point, with 30 days notice. If the resident is moving to a skilled nursing facility (with a doctor’s order), only 14 days notice is required.
